Here at Coalition Recovery, we dedicate to establishing the highest quality care we can achieve. We understand there are poor providers of treatment in the Florida area. We wish to lead the industry through showing how proper treatment is accomplished. In an effort to do this, we have collaborated with a variety of different healthcare providers; from other substance abuse treatment centers to local psychiatrists, therapists, and clinicians. Our collaborations help us to continually improve. We also seek to implement some of the strategies we have found successful. We love learning from those who are doing it the right way! Faizi Ahmed, MD of Tampa Neuropsychiatry has been one of our first collaborations. Dr. Ahmed can treat a wide variety of mental illnesses. He treats psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and also severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia. Dr. Ahmed also specializes in focusing on the emotional, behavioral, and cognitive problems that result from dementia and brain injuries. Apart from his work with mental illness and brain injuries, Dr. Ahmed is able to treat Alzheimer’s disease using Dr. Dale Bredesen’s dementia treatment protocol for cognitive impairment.
