Day/Night Program
Our recommended 90-day program starts with detox and transitions into Day/Night Treatment which offers treatment Monday-Friday from 9 am-4 pm. This is our highest level of care involving full days of evidence-based therapies like CBT, ART, as well as other positive psychotherapies. Members of our Day/Night program will participate in both group therapies and individual therapies with an assigned therapist.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
IOP typically last anywhere between 30 and 60 days. Much like our Day/Night program, individuals receive both group and individual therapies, but IOP transitions individuals back into their everyday lives. During this stage, people may attend both treatment and work in the same day. While treatment can teach people many things about how to manage stressors and triggers, it isn’t until they are immersed back into family and work that these things begin to happen. This is why IOP is such a critical step in the treatment process.
Outpatient for Temple Terrace
The last stage in our program is outpatient. Here individuals will attend one group and individual therapy session weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on how long they have been in the program. Outpatient allows anyone who lives in Temple Terrace to receive ongoing clinical care far beyond the 90-day program.
